How we handle your details.

What we collect

Only what you type into the walkthrough request form: your name, work email and company, and, if you add them, your role, the days and times that suit you, and what you would like to see. We also record when the request arrived.

The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking. Its fonts, images and film come from the site itself, not from other companies.

Why

To reply to you and arrange a walkthrough. We do not use your details for anything else: no mailing list, and we do not sell or share them.

Where it is kept

Your request is stored in a database that Cloudflare, our web host, runs for us, and a copy is emailed to our own inbox so that we can answer it. Cloudflare handles it only to provide that service, and it travels over an encrypted connection.

Like any web host, Cloudflare also processes technical details of each visit, such as IP addresses, to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. We do not use them to identify visitors.

How long

We delete requests from the database 12 months after they arrive. Emails we exchange with you are kept as ordinary business correspondence, and we delete those too if you ask.

Your choices

At any time you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it: email aria@brandicapital.com.

Changes

If any of this changes, we will update this page and its date.
